In keeping with tradition, once again the new year is off to a busy start with a number of horticulture fairs that are not to be missed. In the coming weeks, Ridder Drive Systems, HortiMaX and Ridder Climate Screens will again be well-represented at the following major horticulture events in the Netherlands and abroad.
To begin, our French colleagues at Ridder-HortiMaX France will be back at the annual SIVAL trade show in Angers, France. In recent years, French horticulture has been characterised by growing farm sizes due to increasing demand for locally grown products. The variety of farm sizes, production regions and crops requires solutions that are specifically tailored to the end user. The French team will be there to inform visitors about our complete package with intelligent adaptive solutions.
The entire team from Ridder Drive Systems, HortiMaX and Ridder Climate Screens will be in attendance at the 29th IPM in Essen. The largest and most important horticulture trade show in Europe draws many professionals from the global ornamental plant supply chain every year. Especially now that a drive for self-sufficiency has led to intensive investment in Germany itself, the show is a good time to inform our eastern neighbours about our new products and innovations.
After the busy trade show in Essen, it is not long before it’s time for the largest networking event of the worldwide fresh produce industry once again: Fruit Logistica in Berlin. The show originally focused mostly on trading, processing and shipping fresh fruits and vegetables. But as the supply chain gets shorter and more compact, in recent years there has also been increasing demand for horticultural technology and starting material on the show floor. And of course it wouldn’t be complete without Ridder Drive Systems, HortiMaX and Ridder Climate Screens.
This trade show has been known as the friendliest trade show in the Netherlands for 13 years. But the show is much more than chatting over coffee and seeing familiar faces. After all, Dutch horticulture keeps changing quickly: growers, installers and greenhouse builders are hard at work on innovation once again. That is precisely why this year too, the show is an important opportunity to listen carefully to the wishes of growers in the Netherlands, the birthplace of international horticulture.
The team from Ridder Drive Systems, HortiMaX and Ridder Climate Screens looks forward to welcoming you at our stands!
